The Hunt Fee Structure...

My job, as both a hunting consultant and booking agent, is to represent your interests. It is important to note that the outfitters I represent reimburse me after a booking is made. Thus, it costs you no more to let me customize a hunt to your specific tastes, preferences and budget. I advise you of all your options to insure that you receive the most "bang for your buck."

Once you give me an idea of the species that you are interested in, I will advise you of the type of hunts available, their cost and all information pertinent to your hunt.

After you have decided upon your destination, I will continue to provide information and all necessary services to make your preparations smooth and efficient. I work with travel agents experienced in the requirements of hunters and international travel. If you wish, I will personally coordinate every aspect of your travel from the time you leave your door.

In almost every instance, an outfitter will require a deposit of 40% of the daily rate to confirm your hunting dates. Occasionally, the deposit may be 50%. The balance is usually due upon your arrival. Should you have to cancel your hunt, we will attempt to find other clients to fill your reservation. If substitutes cannot be found, standard industry practice requires the forfeiture of your deposit. Trophy fees are payable upon completion of your hunt.

Initial deposits can be made by wire transfer or personal check. Final payments are required in cash, bank-guaranteed checks or traveler's checks.
