deposit of 40% of the total cost will secure the dates of your choice
if available at the time of booking. The remainder is payable in full
three months prior to the start of the hunt.

you cancel your hunt more than 6 months prior to its scheduled start,
25% of your deposit will be forfeited. |

If
canceled between 3 and 6 months prior. 50% is forfeited.

If
the hunt is canceled less than three months prior to its start,
100% of the deposit is forfeited.
